Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to process orders and is there a freight cost?
After payment is received, the order takes 2-3 days to pack and despatch from our Bandung warehouse. For all stockists based in Bandung, shipping is free via Indah Cargo couriers with minimum order value. A tracking number will be provided upon despatch. For all international stockists, a percentage of the order value will be charged for DHL courier door-to-door service. For all first orders Hamako, we will cover up to Rp 200.000. This only apply for your first collection and new collection order only. Shipping fee for any restock order will not be covered.

Do you accept returns for wholesale orders?
No we don’t accept wholesale returns for change of mind. In the unlikely event you receive a product with manufacturing defect, a credit note will be processed to the value paid.
Can I use the Hamako imagery for my online store?
Yes all our wholesale customers have access to our high-res flatlay and on talent imagery. You will find Dropbox links to these files via our link.
